The pfiBIND 2000 PUR Perfect Binder is the world's smallest PUR perfect binder designed for short-run production. With a speed of up to 290 cycles per hour, the single-clamp pfiBIND 2000 PUR features a user-friendly, color LCD touchscreen and a closed-tank, patented Orbital PUR system that provides accurate glue application on the spine and the side.
The PUR nozzle consists of two circular orbits with a slot on each. When the sensor near the nozzle detects the book block, the slot on both orbits align and the PUR glue is precisely and accurately applied. When the book block moves away, the slot on the inner orbit moves and seals the PUR glue. DPC-400 DIGITAL DIE CUTTER
Utilizing a flatbed table and digital cutting technology, the DocuCutter DPC-400 Digital Die Cutter produces short-run packaging, custom-shaped cards and labels without physical dies required. The DPC-400 cuts, kiss cuts and scores a range of substrates including paper, laminates, adhesives and synthetic stocks up to 14” x 20” in size and up to 400 gsm. It’s an affordable and versatile solution for prototyping designs and sample productions.
With the DPC Controller software, the triple tooling head follows the lines sketched on the cutting file to finish applications into any shape desired. Media is held in place on the flatbed through a suction zone below the conveyor belt as the tooling head moves throughout the sheet. Equipped with a 3 axes scanner and the latest in laser technology, this unit offers a better X and Y register and cut depth control (Z) allowing the user to cut with different power levels on the same labels. ARIES
Aries is an offline system designed to die cut and finish labels up to 20 m/minute. Equipped with a solid rotary module installed on a 15mm aluminum frame, it eliminates vibrations during the web driving while producing labels at lightning speeds!
In a single pass this finishing machine is capable of laminating, die cutting, waste removal, slitting and rewinding finished labels onto new rolls that are ready for application.
The rotary module offers a magnetic cylinder equipped with four thorns used to quickly swap and easily align the flexible steel dies, while the whole module is moved electronically to provide an accurate offset adjustment.

The DC350Nano is the most compact unit in GM’s series of label finishing machines. It Is built on the same rock-solid diecut unit as our biggest DC350 unit. A solid 20mm metal frame ensures a vibration-free basis for the four large servo motors that drive the web. The DC350Nano can be set up as an inline extension to a digital label press, allowing the web to continue directly into the converter from the digital press or as a standard offline unit.
